The kitchen of the house tries to connect new and old, too. Characteristic are the meat specialities grilled on the embers of beech wood, which is of highest quality.
The menu always offers a selection of cold and warm starters, main courses of fish and meat and fine desserts. The menu is carefully choosen, as well as the products for the meals which are prepared with care and passion. The menu is constantly varied by our kitchen chef and offers both variety and culinary delights.
For groups and special occasions it is also possible to create special menus.
